Data Privacy
- All user data (recordings, transcripts, profiles) is stored exclusively on STACKIT infrastructure within the EU.
- Audio/video streams to LLM providers are ephemeral — processed in real-time and not stored externally.
- Authentication is handled by self-hosted oauth2-proxy + Keycloak (no third-party auth services).
- Secrets and API credentials are managed via self-hosted Infisical.
- Vector embeddings are generated by a STACKIT-hosted model (no external embedding APIs).
